To get the most of our Halotherapy and Infrared Sauna services maximum skin exposure is suggested. We have a locker room for your convenience.

You are welcome to wear bathing suits in the Halotherapy Lounge.

You can take off all you want in the Sauna, however NO Naked Bottoms on the bench! Towels are provided and the door locks.

Please be aware that you may be in mixed company in the sauna.

The Massage Chairs, Halotherapy Lounge, and Infrared Sauna are all shoeless experiences. There are shoe racks in each room. Sandals or flip flops are suggested.

Relax in a zero-gravity chair while the sounds of ocean waves fill the room. You will be surrounded by Himalayan sea salt in the brick wall panels, covering the floor, and as pharmaceutical salt floats through the air. Breathe deeply as your respiratory system is being cleansed of allergens, pollutants, viruses and bacteria. Soften skin and decrease flair ups of skin conditions, such as acne and eczema.

You will be refreshed from the inside out as concentrated oxygen flows through your respiratory system. Our oxygen bar uses an oxygen compressor. The compressor works by filtering and concentrating oxygen molecules from the ambient air to provide users with 92% to 98% pure oxygen. Medical Breakthrough 7 & 8 Massage Chairs

You will be enveloped in a heated, luxurious, full body chair, while massage rollers and air cells work to relax tense muscles and relieve pain. Massagers function from the bottom of the feet to the top of the neck. The room will offer relaxing or meditative audio and video of your choice. Each chair offers a variety of massages to choose from to address your massage needs.
